Indication :
- The drug is a drug that reduces increased muscle tension.
- Used for spastic syndromes with pathologically increased muscle tension of various causes, in adults and children over 5 years old with a body weight of 25 kg or more.
Dosage :
- Always take your medicine exactly as your doctor told you. If you are unsure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
- Your doctor will gradually adjust the number of capsules you take until the optimal dose needed for your treatment is reached.
- The lowest dose corresponding to the optimal response is recommended.
- The medicine is available in doses of 25 mg and 50 mg.
- Unless otherwise prescribed by a physician, the usual dose for adults at the beginning of treatment is 1 capsule per day. This dose should be increased weekly until the optimal dose is achieved.

- 1st week 25 mg once a day
- 2nd week 25 mg twice a day
- 3rd week 50 mg twice a day
- 4th week 50 mg 3 times a day
- After achieving the optimal dose, the patient should take the total daily dose, divided into 2-4 separate doses.
- Doses above 200 mg should not be prescribed during long-term therapy with the drug, since increased side effects should be expected at doses of dantrolene above 200 mg per day.
- If the patient is predicted to experience stressful situations or stressful situations, the dose can be temporarily gradually increased to 400 mg per day.
- Increasing dosage should be titrated as follows:
- 5th week: 75 mg three times a day.
- 6th week: 75 mg four times a day.
- 7th week: 100 mg four times a day.
