Prevention of chickenpox in the following categories of people, provided that they have not had chickenpox: healthy children, starting from the age of 9 months; high-risk patients (including those with acute leukemia, during therapy with immunosuppressants, patients who are planning to undergo an organ transplant, with chronic diseases); healthy people living in close contact with sick people.

Dosage regimen
The dose depends on age.
Insert subcutaneously or intramuscularly.
The vaccine is injected into the deltoid muscle area or the anterolateral thigh area.
SC is administered to patients with bleeding disorders (for example, thrombocytopenia or any other coagulation disorder).
Do not administer intradermally.
Intravascular administration of the vaccine is unacceptable.
